Money is how an argument gets heard.

Constitutional Vanguard is an independent-expenditure-only committee. Contributions are not capped, and they are not given to any candidate — they pay for the advertising, research, and organising that carry the constitutional argument to voters directly.

Every contribution is reported to the Federal Election Commission, including the contributor’s name, address, occupation, and employer where the law requires it. Those reports are public.

Before you give

• You must be a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident.
• The contribution must be from your own funds, not reimbursed by anyone else.
• You may not contribute on behalf of a foreign national, in any form.
• Federal contractors may not contribute to federal committees.

Contributions to Constitutional Vanguard are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
